Palm Beach County Roofing Visibility Index
Palm Beach County is Florida's largest county by total area — a 40-plus-mile run of distinct cities that each work like their own market: Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter. Away from the coastal condo towers, it's mile after mile of single-family neighborhoods, and every one of those roofs lives on a clock in the Florida sun. Distance is one of the strongest forces in Google's local rankings, and no roofer can be close to all of this — so expect a crowded map, full of names that are each strong on their own ground. Homeowners here search Google for a roofer about 2,840 times a month.
Most of those searches never get past the local pack — the little map
and short list of companies Google drops at the very top. This map shows who actually owns that
ground, neighborhood by neighborhood — a snapshot of who is visible right now, not a measure
of who does the best work. If your company is on it — or should be — read the cards
below like scouting reports: what the winners actually did, and where the ground is still open.
Colored squares are locked down by one contractor — the deeper the shade,
the stronger their hold. Grey squares are up for grabs: no one wins them consistently
yet. More roofers hold ground here than we have colors, so a color can repeat between territories on opposite ends of the map — the hover card is the tiebreaker. Start with your own neighborhood — that's where you're most likely to
rank.
What the map tells us
No single roofer owns Palm Beach County. 51 different companies are #1 in at least one pocket, and the biggest territory — SK Quality Roofing's — is just 6 of the 97 points we searched. Visibility here is won neighborhood by neighborhood, not metro-wide.
Elite Roofing Inc is the roofer to beat in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.
Home Roofing Company Boynton Beach is the roofer to beat in Boynton Beach, Aberdeen and Boca Raton.
SK Quality Roofing is the roofer to beat in Delray Beach.
Leo Roofing & Construction is the roofer to beat in Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach and North Palm Beach.
Whole neighborhoods have no real leader. In Parkland, Lantana, Palm Springs and Lake Worth Beach and others, every #1 is a single-spot win with no established roofer behind it — the most winnable ground on the map.
Even West Palm Beach's core is contested: across its 19 search points the strongest roofer leads just 3, with 12 different one-spot winners splitting the rest.
Some pockets are beatable on reputation alone — Boca Raton is currently led by Expert Team Roofers with just 1 review.
The 10 most visible roofers
Two things put a roofer here: location — the pocket they sit in — and
reputation, which sets how far that pocket reaches. Each card's bar shows how much of the
97-area map a roofer holds; the empty space is the map they don't reach. Some of these leads
are earned and defensible. Others are sitting there waiting to be taken — the cards call out which
is which. Rankings and reviews captured July 2, 2026; review counts are measured from that date.
1
Home Roofing Company Boynton Beach
Boynton Beach, Aberdeen and Boca Raton
4.9★ · 110 reviews · 1 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 9 of 97 neighborhoods, including 6 where they rank #1.
6%3%91%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Home Roofing Company leads Palm Beach County: top 3 in nine of the 97 neighborhoods we checked, six of them at #1 — the widest #1 footprint on this map — across Boynton Beach, Aberdeen, and west toward Boca. Now try to find the company behind it. The name is the search phrase with a city attached. The website on the listing points to a home inspection outfit. Five photos. They reply to about one review in ten, and after a fast first year and a half of reviews, the pace fell to one in the last 90 days.None of that stopped the map from handing them the county's biggest #1 footprint — rankings read the profile's location and category, not whether the business adds up. It also means the top spot in this county is held with less activity than anywhere else we've mapped. If you work this southern stretch, that should read as an invitation.
2
Elite Roofing Inc
Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach
5★ · 69 reviews · 6 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 9 of 97 neighborhoods, including 6 where they rank #1.
6%3%91%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Elite Roofing is at #2 with the smallest review count near the top of any county we've mapped: 70 reviews. A perfect 5.0 across all of them, from an office off Northlake Boulevard, holding six #1 spots through Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach. Here's what those 70 reviews look like up close: the owner has answered every single one since the first came in back in 2020. A couple of new ones arrive each month, every month, and the rating has never slipped. Small, steady, spotless. That's the story of this county in one card. Nobody here has Miami-scale mass, so the map rewards whoever is closest and cleanest. Seventy reviews is a year or two of asking, not a career — which means the gap between you and a top-three profile in Palm Beach County is smaller than it looks.
3
Leo Roofing & Construction
Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach and North Palm Beach
4.9★ · 111 reviews · 4 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 8 of 97 neighborhoods, including 6 where they rank #1.
6%2%92%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Leo Roofing holds the most expensive ground in the county — Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach — top 3 in eight neighborhoods with six #1 spots, from an office on RCA Boulevard sitting right in that corridor. The moat here is tenure. Their first Google review landed a decade ago, and 111 of them at 4.9 have stacked up since. But the profile is coasting on it: four new reviews in the last 90 days, and they answer about seven in ten.A decade of history plus the right address holds ground even at a slow pace — until an active neighbor shows up. And the most active corner of this county is Jupiter, one exit north, where three of the roofers below are working their profiles hard. This corridor is defended by history, not momentum. Those are different things.
4
SK Quality Roofing
Delray Beach
4.9★ · 358 reviews · 41 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 8 of 97 neighborhoods, including 6 where they rank #1.
6%2%92%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: SK Quality Roofing is the one operation on this map playing the volume game: 358 reviews at 4.9 — more than a hundred clear of anyone else in this top ten — adding about 14 a month, the fastest in the county. From Delray Beach they hold six #1 spots and showed up 54 times across our checks, more than anyone here. The profile is worked like a machine: photos in the hundreds, most reviews answered, the latest one a week old. This is what Miami's leaders look like — and in a county where the #1 holds ground with five photos, that's a mismatch with an obvious ending.Watch the direction, not just the dots: mass travels. SK's reach already stretches well past Delray in both directions. If you work anywhere between Boynton and Boca, the question isn't whether you'll compete with them. It's when.
5
Vision Commercial Roofing LLC
Jupiter and Jupiter Farms
4.9★ · 123 reviews · 13 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 9 of 97 neighborhoods, including 3 where they rank #1.
3%6%91%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Vision Commercial Roofing owns the top-right corner of the county: Jupiter and Jupiter Farms, top 3 in nine neighborhoods, from an office on Jupiter Park Drive in the middle of that ground.Ignore the word “Commercial.” Read their reviews and it's kitchen-table work — re-roofs, repairs, homeowners by name. The map doesn't care what your name promises any more than it cared that the county's #1 links to an inspection site; it ranks the profile. And this profile earns it: 4.9 across 126 reviews, 92 of them in the last year, nearly everything answered, 225 photos. That makes Vision the most complete profile in the north county — active, close, and consistent all at once. If Jupiter is your ground too, this is the one you're actually competing against. Everyone else up there is beatable on activity alone.
6
Evans Roofing of the Palm Beaches
Boynton Beach
4.9★ · 239 reviews · 21 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 7 of 97 neighborhoods, including 3 where they rank #1.
3%4%93%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Evans Roofing runs the county's other real engine. From Quantum Boulevard in Boynton Beach they hold top 3 in seven neighborhoods, with 242 reviews at 4.9 and about seven new ones a month — the latest arrived the day this report went out.Read the reviews and a pattern shows: committees, communities, whole neighborhoods of barrel tile. Evans wins the HOA table, and every community job seeds the next door-knock. They answer most reviews, too.Between SK's volume and Evans' communities, the south county is the contested half of this map — two active profiles grinding it out while the north runs on smaller numbers. Pick your ground accordingly.
7
Mendieta Roofing West Palm
West Palm Beach
4.7★ · 180 reviews · 5 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 8 of 97 neighborhoods, including 2 where they rank #1.
2%6%92%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: Mendieta Roofing is the veteran of this top ten. First review: ten years ago. Since then, 182 of them at 4.7 — the lowest rating on this list — plus 770 photos, the most of anyone here. From central Palm Beach County they hold top 3 in eight neighborhoods around West Palm Beach. You'd think the 4.7 would cost them against the wall of 4.9s and 5.0s above. It doesn't, and that's the lesson: a decade of accumulated presence — reviews, photos, replies, month after month — outweighs a tenth of a star. Their customers say it plainly: Mario picks up the phone. If you're sitting on a 4.7 or 4.8 and treating it as the reason you don't rank, this card says otherwise. The map pays for showing up over time, not for a spotless number.
8
Perkins Roofing - Miami
Jupiter and Jupiter Farms
5★ · 49 reviews · 5 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 6 of 97 neighborhoods, including 3 where they rank #1.
3%3%94%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: When we scanned the county, this listing was called “Perkins Roofing – Miami” — a Jupiter Farms roofer wearing a name from 90 miles south. By the time we checked back this week, they'd fixed it: it now reads “Perkins Roofing – Jupiter.” Somebody's paying attention. They should be — the underlying profile is close to perfect. A flat 5.0 across 50 reviews, every single one answered by the owner, steady work since 2022, a hundred-plus photos. From a home base out in Jupiter Farms, that's enough for top 3 in six neighborhoods across the county's rural west, where big-office competitors don't reach.Small, clean, and closest — the whole playbook for winning thin ground. The rename just removed their last handicap. If your listing has a leftover name, wrong category, or dead link, this is your reminder that the leaders fix those things.
9
South Star Roofing
Greenacres and Boynton Beach
5★ · 49 reviews · 3 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 6 of 97 neighborhoods, including 3 where they rank #1.
3%3%94%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: South Star Roofing is the name that almost shows up everywhere. They appeared 50 times across our checks — second most in the county — but averaged about #6 where they did, converting all that visibility into just six top-3 neighborhoods around Greenacres and Boynton Beach. The profile itself does nearly everything right: a flat 5.0 across 49 reviews, replies to almost every one, property managers in the review feed. What's missing is simply mass — 49 reviews against SK's 358 and Evans' 242 is the whole gap between hovering at #6 and holding #1s.Here's why this card matters in Palm Beach County specifically: the ceiling is low. Fifty more reviews here is a good season of asking, not a decade of grinding. South Star is one push from flipping a county's worth of almosts — and so is anyone else in that position.
10
RECON ROOFING, INC.
Jupiter
5★ · 59 reviews · 4 new in 90d
Ranking reachTop 3 in 8 of 97 neighborhoods, including 2 where they rank #1.
2%6%92%
Ranked #1Ranked #2–3Not in top 3
How they got there: RECON Roofing might be the barest profile in any of our top tens: two photos. Not two hundred — two. And yet from Commerce Way in Jupiter they cracked the top 10 more than 40 times across our checks, averaging around #4, with top-3 ground in eight neighborhoods. What's carrying them? A flat 5.0 across 59 reviews with most of them answered, a Jupiter address in the busiest corner of the north county, and a web address that says exactly what they want to rank for. The reviews describe a family operation that always answers the phone — which is the business the profile barely bothers to dress up.Two photos and a 5.0 gets you to #4. That's how low this county's bar sits. It also means RECON — or any north-county roofer reading this — is a few honest habits away from turning hover-at-#4 into own-the-block.
Reputation and reviews
Palm Beach County's review economy is small — most spots on this map are held with double-digit counts — which makes the county's biggest review pile the strangest thing on the board.
What it takes to win a spot — the reviews held by the #1 roofer at each of the 97 search points
At one end, a quiet corner of Boca Raton went to Expert Team Roofers on just 1 review. At the other, a contested spot in West Palm Beach took Neal Roofing & Waterproofing’s 924. The bar is set by who sits near you, not by one citywide number.
Paradise Exteriors looks like the county's review giant — 1,375 reviews, more than this map's entire top ten combined. Look closer at which listing holds them, though: it's the company's windows-and-doors profile. Their roofing listing, at the same address, carries fifteen. That's a rule every multi-trade company learns the hard way: reviews don't transfer. Google treats each listing as its own reputation, and a mountain built under one trade does nothing for the listing next door.
The rating on that mountain — a 4.2 — points at the county's other rule: every roofer actually winning ground on the map above sits at 4.7 or better, most at 4.9 or a flat 5.0. Volume compounds when the work earns five stars by default; at a 4.2, more volume just documents the problem faster, and Google reads the pattern the same way homeowners do. Meanwhile the #2 on this map holds six #1 spots on seventy spotless reviews. That's the order of operations this county rewards: service quality first, the kind that makes five-star reviews automatic. Then volume. Then everything else.

Below the map pack sit the regular search results, and in Palm Beach they're worth real money: 27 of the 68 searches we analyzed — searches like “standing seam metal roof”, “gable roof”, “shingle roof” — showed no local pack at all, roughly 900 searches a month that never touch the map and go entirely to websites.
The websites winning it are doing deliberate work. Altec Roofing tops the column with links gathered across two domains — including an older roofer's site, dobsonroofing.com, whose mentions now point Altec's way. And Neal Roofing & Waterproofing is the county's one full-stack profile: 924 reviews, a seat in the citywide map pack for all three head terms, top-3 map ground in five neighborhoods — and 245 websites linking to theirs, with anchor text that reads like a campaign plan: “Roofing West Palm Beach,” “Roofer in West Palm Beach.” Nobody else here shows up through every door at once. Here's who showed up most in the search results:

What we measured
We analyzed the 68 highest-volume roofing searches in Palm Beach County — about 2,840 searches a month — then searched Google Maps from 97 points spread across Palm Beach County (points over water are skipped) to record exactly which roofing companies show up, and where. 477 distinct roofing businesses appeared — and the same handful of names came up again and again.
Google answers a local search in two places: the local pack — the little map and the few businesses shown first (you may know it as the “map pack”) — and the regular results beneath it. This report is about the local pack, where most of the clicks go. We looked only at the results companies earn — not sponsored placements (Local Services Ads, Google Ads), which sit above them and are a separate, pay-to-play game.
How these rankings work
Local rankings are always moving. Google refreshes them constantly, so the exact order at any single
point can shift week to week, and the leader at a hotly contested spot today may not be the leader next
month. Run one of these searches from your own corner of Palm Beach County and you may see a slightly different
lineup, because Google tailors what it shows to exactly where you're standing.
All of which is why the citywide map only tells you so much. The one that decides whether your phone
rings is your own: where you already win, where you never appear, and where a competitor down the street
is quietly taking ground you can't see.
