Agreement

These terms govern your use of markebility.com and the communications described below. Markebility (“we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Marketing services for clients are governed by each client’s separate service agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement controls.

SMS notification program

Markebility sends account-notification text messages to contracted clients who have consented to receive them — alerts that a deliverable (report, marketing draft, review response) is ready for review and approval.

• Message frequency varies with account activity and is typically a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP or email info@markebility.com for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Use of this website

The content on markebility.com — text, design, graphics, and portfolio work — belongs to Markebility or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access non-public areas.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep information accurate, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Results described in our portfolio reflect specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or SMS program is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars; liability related to contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
