Markebility (“we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, Florida, providing website design, search optimization, and related marketing services to local service businesses. What we collect

• Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide when you contact us, request an audit, or become a client.
• Client account information — business information our clients share with us so we can perform contracted services (website content, analytics access, business listings).
• Website usage — standard analytics about visits to markebility.com (pages viewed, approximate location, device type), collected via Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services our clients hire us for.
• To send clients operational notifications about their account and deliverables (see SMS section below).
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal information. Ever.

SMS / text-message notifications

With their consent, we send our contracted clients text-message notifications when a deliverable — such as a report, marketing draft, or review response — is ready for their review and approval.

• Consent is collected directly from each client during service onboarding. We never purchase, rent, or share recipient lists.
• Message frequency varies with account activity and is low — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used solely to deliver the notifications described here, via our messaging provider acting on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email delivery, text-message transmission, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing info@markebility.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
